A suntrap in winter, deliciously fresh in summer, the wisteria-covered
belvedere is pleasant at all times of the year. It is the best place
for discovering the strength of the architecture of the umbrella
pines, and of the central structure of the garden. From here you
see a more convivial aspect of the villa. One day the house will
open its doors to visitors – to do research in the library,
to chat over a cup of tea, to write letters…
